StarRupture is an ambitious first‑person, open‑world base‑building and survival game from Polish developer Creepy Jar, the studio known for Green Hell. It officially launched in Early Access on Steam on January 6, 2026.

Set on the dangerous alien planet Arcadia‑7, players take on the role of an exile or convict who must explore hostile landscapes, gather resources, and construct sprawling industrial systems while defending against alien creatures and environmental catastrophes. The core gameplay loop blends factory automation, resource management, combat, and survival—drawing comparisons to popular titles like Satisfactory but with a stronger emphasis on first‑person action and exploration.

StarRupture supports both solo play and up to four‑player online co‑op, allowing friends to build and survive together. A unique feature of the game is periodic Ruptura events—powerful bursts from the planet’s unstable star that force players to seek shelter or face instant death, adding tension and strategic planning to exploration.
